6.How can I apply for termination of studies?

1. Students who wish to apply for termination of studies for personal reasons should proceed to the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs or download the Application Form for Suspension or Termination of Studies from the webpage of the Office of Academic Affairs (NDHU homepage\Administrative units\Office of Academic Affairs\Download Section\Form Downloads\ Application Form for Suspension or Termination of Studies) and follow the required check-out procedures indicated on the application form. The approval process starts from the department (P.S. parents or guardians of undergraduate students are required to affix their signature and seal in the field for parental approval on the form)
2. In case of expulsion due to failure to register or resume studies after suspension periods within the specified deadline, academic records meeting the criteria for expulsion, poor moral conduct scores, failure to earn all required credits within the program duration and extended study periods, students should proceed to the Registration Section of the Office of Academic Affairs or download the Application Form for Suspension or Termination of Studies from the webpage and follow the required check-out procedures. The approval process starts from the Registration Section. (please refer to Article 30 (undergraduate students) and Article 63 (graduate students) of the academic rules listed in the academic regulations in the announcement section of the homepage of the NDHU Office of Academic Affairs).
