3.How can I cancel my degree examination application?

A: 1. Applications can be deleted as long as the degree examination application system is still active

2. If the degree examination application system has already been shut down, please log onto the webpage of the Office of Academic Affairs and proceed to the download section (form downloads) to download and print out the Degree Examination Application Cancellation Form. This form must be approved by the supervising professor and the department and college dean before being submitted to the Curriculum Section, which will cancel the applications.

3. Deadline for the cancellation of degree exams: January 31 (first semester) and July 31 (second semester)
